A.
Tighten connections or replace
cord
B.
Remove obstruction.

Replace condenser fan motor.

Replace Cooling Unit contactor.

Voltage must be at least 208 V
(60 HZ) or 230V (50 HZ) at
compressor terminals when
compressor is trying to start.
