O Do not mix brown and white rice. (The two kinds of rice will not cook properly.)
O The allowable setting time for congee is 60 to 240 minutes, however the recommended setting time(*) has been listed in this table.
O From the point that the cooking starts, the Warm Jar displays the time until the rice is ready. Note that for the "Quick",
"Mixed", "Casserole" and "Rice" settings, the Warm Jar will display the current time until approximately 10 minutes before the

rice is ready. It will then switch to show the time until the rice is ready.

with your taste or the dish you are cooking.

I like a mild flavour with no stickiness (suitable for
donburi-type dishes)!

Balance cooking time and power consumption.

If the cooked rice is too firm for you, use the following to make it softer.
After mixing the cooked rice, leave it in the Warm Jar for a few minutes
before serving.
Upon your next cooking, increase the amount of water (increase the Water
Level by 1 to 5 mm).
Soak the rice for a certain time before cooking it.
