CAUSE
1. Poor work or electrode terminal
connection.
2. Current too low.
3. Low line voltage.
4. Welding leads too small.
5. Old and badly frayed welding
cables.
1. Line switch has failed
mechanically.
1. Contacts rough and pitted from
improper switching under load.
