1. Undo self-tapping screws A and
remove top panel B.
2. Release the spring hooks and
remove thermal insulation mat C.
3. Undo cleaning cover D.
4. Clean the heating surfaces of the
boiler body (with the burner removed)
with the cleaning brush supplied.

Please note
Cleaning agents containing
potassium destroy the heating
surfaces.
Only use potassium-free
cleaning agents.

Fitting the burner

Use new gaskets when fitting the
burner.
Checking all gas equipment for tightness at operating pressure

Escaping gas can lead to explo-
sions.
Check the tightness of all sealing
faces of gas pipes and fittings at
operating pressure with a foam-
ing test agent (leak detection
spray).

5. Remove residues from the bottom
plate.
6. Refit in reverse order.
