Mount side cover 1.

Air filter

Removing air filter
Make sure ground is level and
firm and park motorcycle.
Removing driver's seat (
Take off side trim piece 1.
61).
Remove screw 1.
Remove two screws 2.
Pull side panel out of bracket in
area 3 and remove.
Remove two screws 5 and
take off tank cover downward.
Slide out both retaining brack-
ets 1 by pressing on their rear
ends.
Pull suction pipe out of
bracket 2 and remove.
