1. POWER INDICATOR (ONE)
When illuminated, the green LED indicates that the card is receiving power from the chassis.
2. OPTICAL OUTPUT PORT (ONE)
The optical fiber cable connector is connected to this port for transmission of the optical signal to the
9172DR receiver/demux.
3. VIDEO INPUT CONNECTORS (FOUR) (75Ω)
Compatible with BNC connected coaxial cables, these connectors accept the four video input signals.
4. DATA INPUT CONNECTORS (TWO)
a. The RJ45 "DATA" port accepts two input data signals, one RS232 and one switch-selectable RS422,
RS485, or Manchester (biphase) signal.
b. The RJ12 "RS485" port accepts the input of an RS485-compatible data signal.
5. AUDIO/DATA OPTION MODULE I/O PORTS (FOUR)
Five-position discreet wire screw terminals.
6. LOCATION OF ONE TO FOUR AUDIO/DATA OPTION MODULES
7. DATA INTERFACE CONFIGURATION DIPSWITCH
This ten-position dipswitch allows the user to select the desired data interface compatibility of the
configurable input on the "DATA" port.
