correctly? (cross cable)

Is there any signal at pin (8) of IC8002?
YES
Is there any signal at pin (106) of IC2201?
YES
Check IC2002 and its peripheral circuits.
NO
Replace the connecting cable.
NO
Check SC3501, R2039 and their peripheral circuits.
NO
Check IC2006 and its peripheral circuits.
