signal regenerated at proper timing?

Measure the pin (2) of Q5001
with an oscilloscope.
Is there the Y signal including sync
signal?
YES
This is the failure of the SOG
synchronization separator circuit.
YES
The SOG circuit is normal.

Is there any output from the pin
(25) of IC3102?
YES
