Water supply

Fault
Leakage water inside the
vehicle
No water
Toilet has no flush water
Display for water and
waste water indicates a

Waste water tank cannot

Water drains from the
shower tray slowly or
does not drain at all

A leak has occurred

12 V power supply

Fuse of the pressurised
water pump is defective
Pressurised water pump

Water pipe snapped off
Transformer/rectifier de-
fective
Pressurised water pump

Water tank is empty
Fuse for Thetford cas-
sette is defective
Measuring probe in the
waste water or water tank
is soiled
Measuring probe is de-
fective
Drain cock is clogged
Perlator calcified
Water jets calcified
The vehicle is not in a
horizontal position
Remedy
Identify leak, re-connect
water pipes
Top up with fresh water
Close drain cock
Switch 12 V power sup-
ply on
Replace fuse on the
transformer/rectifier
Replace the pressurised
water pump (or have it
replaced)
Straighten water pipe or
replace
Contact customer service
Switch on pressurised
water pump
Top up with fresh water
Replace fuse
Clean water/waste water
tank
Replace measuring
probe
Open the cleaning cap
on the waste water tank
and drain the waste wa-
ter. Rinse the waste wa-
ter tank well
Unclip the perlator, de-
calcify in vinegar water
(only for products made
from metal)
De-calcify shower nozzle
in vinegar water (only for
products made from met-
al) or rub off soft nozzle
burling
Position the vehicle hori-
zontally
