Changing the settings

! Various settings for MIC and auto standby setting, etc. can be
changed on this unit.
For details on how to change settings on this unit, see the "Changing
the settings" section in the Operating Instructions, which can be
downloaded from the Pioneer DJ support page.
! The cushion in the crossfader section of this unit can be changed to
achieve a desired operational feeling. For details on the replacement
procedure, refer to the Operating Instructions.

Troubleshooting

! If you think that there is something wrong with this unit, check
the items in the "Troubleshooting" section of this unit's Operating
Instructions, and also check [FAQ] for the [DJM-S9] in [FAQ & DJ
software support information] on the Pioneer DJ support page.

Sometimes the problem may lie in another component. Inspect the
other components and electrical appliances being used. If the prob-
lem cannot be rectified, ask your nearest Pioneer authorized service
center or your dealer to carry out repair work.
! The player may not operate properly due to static electricity or other
external influences. In such cases, normal operation may be restored
by unplugging the power cord then plugging it back in.
