8-3. Troubleshooting(Dynamic Auto 500M)

BEFORE THE CHECK !
- Check the Power Lamp On
- Check the Input Powerline Fuse & MCCB
- Check the Input Connecting Power
- Check the Power Switch On
TROUBLE
No noload output voltage, Feeding motor On,
Enable speed control on inching, Fan motor On
No noload output voltage, Feeding motor Off,
Disable speed control on inching, Fan motor On
No noload output voltage, Feeding motor Off,
Disable to control feeding speed on inching, Fan
motor Off
Disable to control for output voltage
Stop welding, No noload voltage
Stop the feeding motor
Hunting the welding voltage
REMEDY
1. Check the magnetic contactor
2. Check the On/Off control for CR1, CR2, CR3, CR5(PCB EX02)
- Torch S/W On
3. Check the output voltage(27V) for magnetic contactor
4. Check the output voltage(V1~V6) for main transformer
1. Check the LED & Relay(PCB EX01, EX02) - Torch S/W Off
- EX01 : Light On for LED1, LED2
- EX02 : Light On for LED2, LED4 and Off for relay
2. Check the On/Off control for CR1, CR2, CR3, CR5(PCB EX02)
- Torch S/W On
3. Check the connection for feeder control cable
1. Check the fuse(F4, F5)
2. Check the output voltage(V10, V12, V13) for
control transformer(1 phase)
3. Check the output voltage(V7, V8, V9) for
control transformer(3 phase)
1. Check the voltage control on crater welding
2. Check the LED3(PCB EX01) luminosity by voltage control
on feeder after torch S/W On
3. Check the feeder control cable
1. Check the overload lamp
1. Check the fuse(F3)
2. Check the output voltage(V12, V13) for control transformer
(1 phase)
3. Check the relay(CR2)(PCB EX02)
4. Change the PCB(EX02)
5. Check the feeder control cable
6. Change the SCR(SCR7)
1. Check the output voltage(V12, V13) for control transformer
(1, 3 phase)
2. Check the changing noload voltage by voltage control on
feeder after yorch S/W On
- 500A : Noload voltage 50~63(5)V
- 600A : Noload voltage 60~74(5)V
3. Change the pin No.25 & 26 in CN4(PCB EX01)
4. Change the connecting terminal for control transformer
(1, 3 phase)
