Care and Cleaning

1. Allow iron to cool.
2. To empty water from iron, open the water tank cover and
slowly tilt pointed end of iron over sink until water runs out.
3. Do not store iron laying flat on soleplate.
4. To store the cord, loosely wrap cord around the base of the
iron.

Self-Clean Feature

To keep the steam vents clear of any buildup, follow these
instructions each time you iron using steam.
1. Pour 120 ml of ordinary tap water into water tank opening.
2. Plug iron into outlet.
3. Turn Temperature Control Dial to Cotton-Linen ••• setting
and let iron heat for 2 minutes.
4. Turn the Temperature Control Dial to OFF.
5. Unplug iron.
6. Hold iron over sink.
7. Press and hold the Self-Clean Button until tank is empty.
