This function allows you to defrost meat, poultry and seafood. The defrosting time and power level are automatically set once you have selected the type of food and its weight.

It should be used for defrosting foods which are not in the WEIGHT DEFROST category or which are too heavy for the WEIGHT DEFROST programme.

    2255 A5 MW320 micro doc 10/12/01 12:19 pm Page 14 CARE & CLEANING Turn the oven off and remove the plug from the socket before cleaning. Keep the inside of the oven clean by wiping with a damp cloth. If the oven is heavily soiled a mild detergent solution may be used.
