3. Device installation
When installing the device the following must be ensured:
1. The distance of the pasta cooker back panel to the next wall should be
at least 100 mm.
2. The pasta cooker stand-alone device should not be positioned on an inflammable
support and/or installed in a burning unit. In addition the applicable local safety
fire and building regulations shallapply. The food inspectorate provisions must
also be observed.
3. Connection of the device must be left to qualified staff. After initial connection of
device to the current supply a rattling noise will appear caused by the automatic lifting
motor alignment (device with automatic basket lifting mechanism option only)
4. The pasta cooker is a stand-alone device. The rollers serve for easier service and cleaning
works. They simply can be removed by releasing, if required. They simply can be removed
