3. Device installation
When installing the device the following must be ensured:
1. The distance of the back panel of the fryer to the closest wall should be at
least 30 mm.
2. The device should not be positioned on an inflammable support and/or installed
in a burning unit. Inaddition the applicable local safety fire and building
regulations shall apply. The food inspectorate provisions must also be observed.
3. Connection of the device must be left to qualified staff.
