Setting washing

1. Open the door and put the laundry
into the drum.
For details about preparing and sorting
the laundry, see pages 7, 16, and 17.
NOTE
- Make sure to place the laundry
within the drum so that it does not
get caught in the door.
Failure to observe this may result in
damage to the door seal, leading to
malfunctions.
- Do NOT overload the drum.
This may cause excessive vibration
or damage to the appliance.

2. Close the door and press the On
button.
3. Turn the programme selection dial
in either direction to select the
programme.
The programme time will be displayed.
ECONAVI programme
This programme detects the laundry
amount and types (cotton, chemical fibre,
etc.) and determines the best suited wash
time and water amount to save energy and
water.
The wash time and water amount can
be saved more with smaller amount of
laundry, larger amount of clothes that
easily dry, such as chemical fibre, or with
higher temperature.
- Lamp indications
Blinking: Detecting
Lighting: In ECONAVI operation
OFF: Not in ECONAVI operation
