3.5.2 Removing a Private Contact
To remove a private contact from your contacts list, highlight the relevant
contact in the Contacts tab, then press the Options key and select Remove.
Note that only private contacts may be removed; users of your company or
business group are permanent and cannot be removed from your contacts
list.
Removing a contact from your contacts list does not remove you from their contacts list; they may still
use their list to view your presence information or initiate chat sessions.

3.5.3 Handling Contact Requests

When another user wishes to add you to their contacts list, a
Request
is received from that user; a notification tone sounds and a
notification window pops up.
Press Yes, or the joystick, to accept the request; you will be added to the
requesting user's contacts list, making your details and status available to
them.
Press No to decline; you will not be added to the requesting user's
contacts list, leaving your details and status unavailable to them.
If a contact request is received while you are busy in a Chat screen (See 4.2), only a notification tone
will sound, but your chat session will not be interrupted by a popup message. The message will
appear immediately as you leave the Chat screen.
If a contact request is received while Smart IM is running in the background (See 2.5), the application
will pop up to the foreground, displaying the popup message. After you handle the request (either
accept or decline), the application will return to the background.
