Load paper in the paper
tray
9 Pull the p a p e r tray completely out ot the
m a c h i n e .
W h i l e p r e s s i n g the g r e e n paper-guide r e l e a s e
lever 0 < slide the p a p e r g u i d e s to tit the p a p e r
s i z e you a r e loading in the tray. M a k e s u r e that
the g u i d e s a r e tirmly in the slots.
N o t e
For L e g a l or Folio s i z e paper, p r e s s the r e l e a s e
button O in the bottom ot the p a p e r tray a n d then
puii out the b a c k ot the p a p e r tray.
( L e g a l or Folio s i z e p a p e r a r e not a v a i l a b l e in
s o m e regions.)
F a n the s t a c k of p a p e r w e l l to avoid p a p e r j a m s
a n d m i s t e e d s .
Put the p a p e r in the tray a n d m a k e s u r e :
• T h e p a p e r is below the m a x i m u m p a p e r
m a r k (TTT) O.
O v e r tilling the p a p e r tray wili c a u s e p a p e r
j a m s .
• T h e s i d e to be printed on is f a c e down.
• T h e p a p e r g u i d e s touch the s i d e s ot the
p a p e r s o it wiil teed properly.
P u t the p a p e r tray firmly b a c k in the m a c h i n e .
M a k e s u r e that it is completely inserted into the
m a c h i n e .
Lift up the support flap O to prevent p a p e r from
sliding oft the f a c e - d o w n output tray.
