If the sensor is still triggered, try the following:
1. Remove the frame and smooth out the creases and slack.
2. Reduce the width of the White ink in the printer's Garment Creator software or the RIP software so
that the white under-base print does not extend outside the image.
Note: Be careful not to touch the T-shirt while printing as it can easily move out of position.

Adjusting the Height of the Platen

If the print surface is too far from the print head, print quality declines and ink may mist on the inside of
the printer. To prevent this, adjust the platen to its optimum height.
The optimum height of the platen is one step lower than the position displayed as the Platen Height
Error on the control panel. For example, when Platen Height Error is displayed as follows, position
number 2 is the optimum height:
