ADJUSTING KETTLE LID TENSION

If you feel the kettle lid is too hard or too easy to remove from the kettle, please
follow the steps below to adjust the tension:
1. Take the lid off the kettle.
2. Use a tool to adjust the three tabs of the kettle lid.
If you push in the tab, the lid tension will be lessened
and easier to push on and off. If you pull out the tabs
the lid will be harder to pull off.
3. Adjust the tabs, replace the lid and remove it to see if the adjustment is
correct.
4. Repeat the step 2 and 3 until you have adjusted the lid to your preference.
