- Pour éviter les brûlures, toujours utiliser des gants ou un torchon pour retirer le couvercle ou sou-
lever les paniers. Soulever le couvercle lentement en le tenant éloigné de vous et laisser la vapeur
s'échapper progressivement. Tenir le couvercle au-dessus de l'appareil pour laisser la condensa-
tion s'écouler dans l'appareil. Ne pas toucher l'intérieur de l'appareil en cours de fonctionnement.
- Pour vérifier la cuisson ou remuer, utiliser un ustensile muni d'un long manche.
- Toujours vérifier le montage de l'appareil avant de le mettre en marche.
