Assembly
Use pliers to operate the cartridge. Turn on water supplies and check sys-
tem for leaks. If there are no leaks, turn OFF water.
For styles A & B: Install escutcheon plate and adjustable temperature limit
stop. Escutcheon is secured using two (2) screws as shown above. The
notched flat on the cartridge stem must point UP. Install handle parts as
shown the exploded parts view on page 5.
For style C: Attach stop tube (12) to the valve body. Next, attach the
escutcheon using provided hardware. Place the washer (10) on the cartridge
stem and attach the adapter (9) and brake assembly (11) using the screw
(2). Attach handle (7) using screw.
IMPORTANT FINAL CHECK – ALL INSTALLATIONS: If above instructions
have been followed correctly, there will be clearance between the handle
and the escutcheon for styles A , B, C and D when the handle is pushed into
the closed position; otherwise the valve will not shut off.

Use pinzas para operar con el cartucho. Abra el agua provisiones y revise
el sistema para ver si hay pérdidas. Si no hay pérdidas, CIERRE el agua.
Para los estilos A & B: Instale la placa del chapetón y el tope ajustable de
límite de temperatura. El chapetón se asegura usando dos (2) tornillos
como se ilustra arriba. La muesca plana en el vástago del cartucho debe
apuntar hacia ARRIBA. Instale las partes del monomando como se muestra
en el diagrama de piezas en la página 5.
Para el estilo C: Conecte el tubo de tope (12) al cuerpo de la mezcladora.
Coloque la arandela (10) sobre el vástago del cartucho y conecte el
adaptador (9) y el conjunto del freno (11) usando el tornillo (2). Luego
conecte el chapetón usando los tornillos provistos. Conecte el
monomando (7) usando el tornillo.
IMPORTANTE CONTROL FINAL – TODAS LAS INSTALACIONES: Si se
siguieron correctamente las instrucciones que preceden, quedará un
espacio entre el chapetón y el monomando para los estilos A , B y C

Utiliser des pinces pour la manutention de la cartouche. Ouvrir l'eau et
fourniture vérifier qu'il n'y a aucune fuite. Le cas échéant, FERMER l'eau.
Pour les styles A & B : Installer la plaque de rosace et le limiteur de tem-
pérature. La rosace est fixée à l'aide de deux (2) vis comme illustré à droite.
La partie plate avec encoche sur la tige de cartouche doit pointer vers le
HAUT. Installer les pièces de la poignée en suivant le schéma
détaillé des pièces à la page 5.
Pour le style C : Fixer le tube d'arrêt (11) au corps de soupape. Placer la
rondelle (5) sur la tige de cartouche et fixer l'adaptateur (9) et l'assemblage
de frein (10) en utilisant la vis (2). Fixer ensuite la rosace à l'aide de la
quincaillerie fournie. Fixer le levier de poignée (7) avec la vis.
IMPORTANTE VÉRIFICATION FINALE - POUR TOUTES LES
INSTALLATIONS : Si les directives précitées ont été suivies correctement, il

Cartridge Replacement
Turn "OFF" both hot and cold water supplies, then open faucet to relieve
pressure. Remove handle parts in reverse order of the assembly instructions
above. Follow the instructions provided with your replacement cartridge.

Reemplazo del Cartucho
Cierre los suministros de agua fría y caliente, luego abra el monomando
para aliviar la presión. Retire las piezas del monomando en orden inverso al
de las instrucciones de armado que anteceden. Siga las instrucciones pro-
vistas con su cartucho de reemplazo.

Remplacement de cartouche
FERMER les conduites d'alimentation en eau chaude et froide, puis ouvrir
le robinet pour éliminer la pression. Enlever les pièces de la poignée dans
l'ordre inverse des directives de montage précitées. Suivre les directives qui
accompagnent la cartouche de rechange.
