Problem
The remote
control of the STB
does not work
properly.
No EPG page is
displayed on the
TV screen.
Possible Cause
The TV set or the
STB is in mute
mode or the volume
is very low.
The remote control
is far away from the
STB.
The batteries of the
remote control need
to be replaced.
The network
connection is
incorrect.
The configuration
of the STB is
incorrect.

Solution
Switch the TV set and
the STB to the audible
mode and increase the
volume.
Move the remote
control to a workable
distance.
Replace the batteries.
Check the network
connection. For

Cables.
Please re-configure
STB.
