The TV's built-in speaker array can be set up to reflect
sound off the room walls to create a surround sound effect.
Positioning
the TV

Center the seating area in front of the TV and at

Connecting
the TV
To hear digital surround sound, the TV must be con-
nected to a digital surround sound source. The surround
sound source can be on an HDMI input or the ANT input
(for some digital broadcasts).
Other stereo connections
will provide Dolby Pro Logic surround sound.
Auto Setup
Auto setup uses the included calibration micro-
phone.

Power on the TV and external subwoofer, if any.
Plug the microphone cable into the TV's mNPUT 3
left audio jack.
