Use the Previous-Next softkeys to display the desired record or

dial the digit preceding the desired record.
Use the More softkey to locate and select the Dial softkey.

To add a record to the Phone Book:
Access the Phone Book as described above.
o
Press the More softkey to display the Add softkey.
o
Select the Add softkey.
o
Enter the name, contact information, ring type and speed
o
number, for the record, selecting the OK softkey for each entry.
Use the Mode softkey to enter characters. Refer to
Dial Pad Character

To edit a record:
Access the Phone Book as described above.

Use the Previous-Next softkeys to display the desired record or dial the digit preceding the

desired record.
Press the More softkey to display the Edit softkey.

Select the Edit softkey.

Edit the name, contact information, ring type and speed number,

for the record, selecting the OK softkey for each entry. Use the
Mode softkey to enter characters. Refer to
Character Set, which shows the relationship between the dial
pad digits and characters.
To delete a record:
Access the Phone Book as described above.

Use the Previous-Next softkeys to display the desired record or

dial the digit preceding the desired record.
Press the More softkey to locate the Delete softkey.

Select the Delete softkey and confirm by selecting the Yes
o
softkey. Caution this action deletes the record from the Phone
Book.
