leveled
from side to
side -adjust for pitch

back
to
front.
Place
tractor,
with
tires properly
inflated
on a smooth
level
surface. Raise mower
unti
I
mower
and
wheels are
in
a floating
position
.
Position
R.H.
mower
blade, so that
it is in
line
with the length
of
tractor.
Measure the
height
of the front tip of
blade - rotate
blade one-half
turn and measure
height
of tip of rear.
The front tip must
be
ap-
proximately
3/16
inch
lower
at
front than at
rear.
Arljust
nuts (D)
up
or down to obtain
the above
pitch or difference
from
front
to
rear, Adjusting
nuts
up
will raise
the
rear of mower
-
lowering
nuts

of mower. Tighten
the two
nuts
securely against
leveling
pin.
THE MAIN DRIVE

MUST BE LEVELED
FROM
SIDE
TO
SIDE, AND

BACK,
BEFORE
OPERATING.

(A), slowly.
