ed, adjust

on snubber pull rod as stated
below.
Remove retainer spring (Y) holding
adjusting
pin

in idler shaft assembly

Remove adjusting
pin from
idler shaft
assembly. Position clutch
lever

so that
it is

of R.H.
foot rest as shown. Turn adjusting pin

X) on
snub-
ber

until adjusting pin will enter hole
in idler shaft assembly. Secure with retainer
spring

quickly.
CAUT ION:
Make
sure
that broke is not against

Do
not shift gears

up steep
hill

Choose
a
low
enough
gear
to
climb hill
without
stopping and shifting gea rs.
If
it
is
necessary
to stop while
going
up
hill, do so quickly to
pre vent
tractor
rolling backward
.
When starting
