Description:
When the tracker moves out of a preset square scope, it will send an SMS alarm to the authorized phone
number for SOS ( "Authorization")

The GPS Tracker will send an alert message to the authorized phone number ( "Authorization") when the gps
tracker is in/out the area(center point's Longtitude 113.91E and latitude 22.5442N, radius 500 meters)
Read Geo-fence parameters
