Press P2 button while turning the source radio ON. LED
indicator will blink a yellow heartbeat and source radio is
ready for cloning.

Connect the target radio using the cloning cable and
power ON target radio.

Short press source radio PTT button to start cloning.
Source radio will blink a red heartbeat and target radio
will blink a green heartbeat.

After finished, if cloning is successful the source radio
will blink a yellow heartbeat and ready for next cloning,
target radio will restart up automatically; If failure the
source radio LED will stay solid red, target radio will
restart up automatically.
Side Button Lock
Press and hold side button P1 and P2 buttons simultaneously
for 2 seconds to lock/unlock the radio all buttons except PTT.
Reset to Default Settings
Reset to default settings will set back all radio features to the
original factory default settings. To do so, press PTT, P1 and
P2 buttons simultaneously for 2-3 seconds while turning ON
the radio until the LED will stay yellow for a while, then the
radio will start up automatically.
Programming Software
The easiest way to program or change features in your S446
radio is by using its programming software and programming
cable. The programming software is available for free as
downloadable software at: www.samradios.com.
To program, connect S446 radio with your PC via the
programming cable, as shown picture as below.
