Your LAN (local area network) will now be able to access the Internet using your high- speed ADSL connection. This User Guide will show you how to install and set up the SOHOSpeed ADSL2+ Modem Gateway, and how to customize its configuration to get the most out of your new product.

Hardware Connection and PC Configuration 3.1 Connecting Your SOHOSpeed In this part, you connect the device to the phone jack, the power outlet, and your computer or network. The figure below illustrates the hardware connections. Refer to the steps that follow for specific instructions.

Logging on to the Web Application The SOHOSpeed includes preinstalled program called the Configuration Manager, which provides an interface to the software installed on the device. It enables you to configure the device settings to meet the needs of your network. You access it through your web browser from any PC connected to the SOHOSpeed via the LAN port.
