HOW TO COOK
How to use the cooking menu
When you want to have sticky and
Glutinous
nutritive white rice.
For cooking together with brown
Mixed/Brown
rice and some other kinds of grain.
Dried
For cooking dried rice
Chick soup
Cooks chicken soup.
Nu Rung Ji
Have scorched rice when cooking
(Scorched rice)
done.
Press twice Pressure Cook/Turbo will switch to quick cooking and shorten the cooking time.
(It takes about 17 minutes when you cook the Glutinous rice for 2 persons.)
Turbo function
Use this turbo cooking function only for cooking rice for less than 6 persons.

(The condition of the rice will not be good for more than 6 persons)
Glutinous rice
The turbo cooking function is allowed up to 6 persons.
If you soak the rice in water for about 20 minutes before cooking the rice and then cook the rice
in turbo cooking course, the rice will taste good.
Steam Clean
For deodorizing smell left after cook.

How to do steam cleaning
Melanoizing effect
The cooked rice can be light yellow at the bottom of the oven, because this product is designed to improve pleasant flavor
and taste. Especially, melanoizing is more serious at the Preset cooking than just Cooking .
It does not mean malfunction.
When mixing serials with Glutinous, Melanoizing effect could be more than Glutinous cook
Old rice cook function
- If you cook long stored rice or dried rice, they could be half-cooked. If using old rice menu, you can get better taste .
- The taste of rice will be different depending on storage of rice and water state.
you can add the heating time or soaktime (Refer to page18~19).
When you want to have a little more sticky
Sushi
and nutritive white rice than Glutinous rice.
GABA
For cooking germinated brown rice.
Porridge
For cooking germinated brown rice.
Multi cook
Cake
1.Pour water into inner pot till water scale mark 2.
2.Press pressure Cook/Turbo button after seleting steam
cleaning menu with Menu/Select button.
For cooking Nutritious Rice.
For cooking cake.
