Problem

Problem Cause
Plug is not well connected or
electric socket is faulty.
The main voltage is insufficient
lower than minimum
requirement
Trigger in off mode
Thermal safety switch has
tripped due to overheating.
Pump sucking air.
Valves dirty, worn out or
stuck.
Pump seals worn out.
Water inlet filter I clogged.
Pump sucking air from
connections or hoses.
Cheek valve or plunger or
seal broken.
Safety valve spring loosen.
Lance nozzle incorrect or
worn out.
Seal worn out.
The nozzle is on the high
pressure step.
Remedy
Check plug, socket and fuses.

Check the main voltage is
adequate.
The trigger
Check that the main voltage
corresponds to specifications.
Switch off the unit and let it
cool for a few minutes.
Check that connections between
hose and faucet, water inlet
enter are tight, check that crack
