Gear shift

If necessary, disassemble the gear shift assembly
as follows:
- Remove the shift control rod (1), unhooking it from
the gear selector (2).
- Position the rod (1) in a vice, using aluminium plates
so as not to damage it, unhook the spring and
separate it.
