Troubleshooting
If symptoms continue even after checking, contact a nearby SoftBank Shop or Customer
Service (p.96).

Freezes/operation unstable

installing new application
To check/remedy
Power tablet off then back on. If tablet cannot be
powered off, Long-Press Power Key for 13
seconds to restart tablet. Any data that was
being edited will be erased.
A newly installed application may be the cause.
Uninstall the application in safe mode (p. 30). To
power tablet on in safe mode:
Long-Press Power Key (1 second or more) →
Touch & Hold Power off → Confirm
indication and Tap OK
When powered on in safe mode, "Safe mode"
appears at lower left.
Restarting tablet while in safe mode powers
tablet on in normal mode.
Before powering tablet on in safe mode, be sure
to back up required data.
When powered on in safe mode, added widgets
may be deleted.
