Delete a phone book entry or all entries

Copy phone book entries to another registered handset

Note: you can only copy the phone book to another handset if that handset
is registered on your phone system. See page 26.
It's easy to copy:
• a single entry (Copy entry)
• entries not already on the handset you're copying to (Copy append)
• all entries (Copy all)
