12. Other Functions

The Lotoo PAW 5000's screen will turn off to conserve power after 30
seconds of inactivity. To turn the screen back on, press the power/lock
button (16).
With the screen off, the listener can still adjust volume by using the
Volume Up and Volume Down buttons (05 and 06). These buttons can
also be used to skip tracks back and forward when the screen is off. To
skip forward, hold the Volume Up button. To skip backwards, hold the
Volume Down button.
13. Updating The Lotoo PAW 5000
To update the firmware of the Lotoo PAW 5000:
1. Download the firmware from the support page at
http://www.lotoo.cn/
2. Copy the PAW5000.COE file to the Micro SD card.
3. Insert the Micro SD card into the PAW 5000.
4. Power on the PAW 5000.
5. From the main play screen, hold the Back/Setup button (14).
6. Use the Jog Wheel (09) to select System Settings and press the
confirm button (10).
7. Use the Jog Wheel (09) to select Firmware Update and press the
confirm button (10).
8. Press the confirm button (10).
