To Override a DND/BUSY Station:

Connect to an incoming call.

automatically placed on hold.)

Receive busy tone and a DND/BUSY display
message.
Press the OVERRIDE soft key.

To enter the existing conversation and
announce the new call, press the BREAK-IN
soft key.
Press the RELEASE key or the ANSWER key
