Thin steel base material
Driving power is too low.
Application limit exceeded (very hard
material).
The system is unsuitable.
Driving power is too high.
Remedy
Use a less powerful cartridge.
Use a nail with a higher application
limit.
Change the piston.
Use a more powerful cartridge.
Use a nail with a higher application
limit.
Use a more powerful system, e.g.
DX 460.
Remove the cartridge strip and cycle
the tool.

Use a nail suitable for thin steel base

Steel with a thickness of less than
3 mm (¹⁄₈") is not suitable as a base
material for DX fastening.
