Incorrect spark plug gap or heat range
Loose ignition connections
Low battery voltage
Incorrect fuel
Clogged air filter
Clogged intake pre-filter
Other mechanical failure
Overheated engine
Loose, missing, torn or kinked boost
reference line from manifold to fuel
pressure regulator or blow-off valve
Loose, missing, torn or kinked boost
reference line from turbo compressor to
boost control valve
Loose intake system connections
Worn or defective wastegate actuation
system
Overheated intake air system

Solution
Refuel
Inspect and replace
Replace with new fuel
Inspect, clean and/or replace spark plug
Your POLARIS dealer can assist.
Set gap to specs or replace plug
Check all connections and tighten
Recharge the battery to 12.8 VDC
Replace with fresh recommended fuel
Inspect and replace
Inspect and clean (with soapy water) or
replace
Your POLARIS dealer can assist.
Clean radiator screen and core, clean
engine exterior, check coolant level. Your
POLARIS dealer can assist.
Replace boost reference line
Replace boost reference line
Inspect connections, tighten or replace as
needed
Your POLARIS dealer can assist.
Inspect intercooler water lines for leaks or
kinks, repair or replace as needed
