Product overview Keyboard/Mouse sharing port Standard USB 3.0 port PC connection port OTG/AOA mode switch Direct Link port Using ASUS TRANSFER EXPRESS Installing software Insert the bundled support CD into the CD/DVD drive on your first computer. Run the Installation Guide on the first computer. Follow the onscreen instruction guide to complete the installation process. Repeat the installation process on the second computer. Setting up hardware Connect your first computer to the ASUS Transfer Express PC connection port via the USB cable. Connect your second computer to the other Direct Link port via the USB cable. -
Page 5: Connecting Smart Device
Connecting smart device Connect your smartphone, tablet, or other smart devices to the keyboard/mouse sharing port to share your keyboard/mouse control with your smart devices. Ensure the switch is set at AOA mode if your smart device supports AOA. If your smart device does not support AOA mode, you can connect the device via an optional OTG cable (sold separately). NOTE: Connect PC or Notebook to the PC connection and Direct Link ports only, and connect smart devices to the keyboard/mouse sharing port only. Main control bar user interface The blue or green light indicates which computer is in use File transfer Sync files Mirror or extend monitor Disable monitor sharing Settings... - Page 6 Monitor sharing Monitor sharing allows you to extend your display in extended mode, or mirror your display in mirrored mode. Click the icon on the Main control bar to share your monitors. To change the monitor sharing settings: icon on the Main control bar. 1. Click the Click the Monitor sharing tab. File transfer File transfer allows you to directly drag and drop files to/from other computers. To transfer files to/from other computers: icon on the Main control bar to open the file 1. Click the transfer window. Drag and drop files to/from other computers to transfer files. File Synchronization File synchronization allows you to sync all the files in the designated file path. To change the file path: icon on the Main control bar.
