    IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following: 1. Read all instructions before installing or using this heater. 2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc.

    HANGING THE HEATER Attach the heating unit to the mounting bracket. Lift the heater up and into the mounting bracket. Align the bracket screws with the keyhole slots in the mounting bracket. If the heater is to be tilted it must be positioned in the keyhole slots - see figure 5. Tighten the bracket screws with a wrench so the unit is securely suspended at horizontal or vertical level.

    NOTE: The louvers are designed so they cannot be completely closed. Do not attempt to defeat this feature; damage to the unit can result.   • Page 8 TO PROTECT THE HEATING ELEMENT When start the heater,turning the temperature control in clockwise slowly to terminal,the unit starts the fan first then star the heating element. When close the heater,turning the temperature control in anticlockwise slowly to off,the unit close the heating element first then close the fan. Warning: This appliance must be grounded! Warning: The appliance must connect to a current protection circuit or device at 50Amp or less before being connected to power supply!

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS THERMOSTAT POWER INDICATOR (yellow) SELECTION SWITCH CAUTION INDICATOR (red) WARNING: the heater must be properly installed before it is used. SETTING THE THERMOSTAT Rotate thermostat knob clockwise to high position, POWER INDICATOR will turn yellow.
