Solution
1. Verify / replace video output cables
2. Connect Video Out
3. Select correct monitor input
4. Enable the OSD in the configuration software.

3. Verify switcher operation / power switcher
1. Connect Source Video to correct input of matrix switcher
2. Connect correct output of matrix switcher to Video Input
of System Controller
