TROUBLESHOOTING

Bluetooth

disconnection.
Audio is not clear.
Speaker does not
play audio.

SOLUTION
Ensure your device is within 33 feet of
the speaker and reconnect your device
to "Big Blue Unplugged."
Power the speaker off and then
back on.
Adjust your device's equalizer.
Check the speaker or your device's
volume level.
Make sure the speaker is charged.
Power the speaker off and then
back on.
Confirm device is paired to desired
User. Another device in the area
may have auto-paired to the speaker.
Re-pair device to desired user, see
page 11 for pairing instructions.
