• Fit the side slots in the pad onto the armrests.

• Lift the lower portion of the pad. Insert the crotch belt up
through the largest and lowest slot in the pad. Make sure the
belt is not twisted.

• Insert both elastic loops on the pad through the holes in the
footrest area of the seat bottom.
• From the back and bottom of the seat, hook the elastic loops
to the tabs on the seat bottom.
