 DST setting of the main-dial

Turn ON DST (Daylight Saving Time)
DST (Daylight Saving Time) can be manually set.
 DST (Daylight Saving Time) is not automatically changed.
 ON/OFF of the DST (Daylight Saving Time) is not automatically changed
