1.5 Maintenance of the PC

With regard to maintenance of the PC, refer to the PC documentation.

1.6 Craft Terminal problems

This procedure describes the steps to restart of the PC should the ZIC (Zero-Installation Craft) Terminal
Software Product not work properly or not respond to the operator's commands.
If the ZIC application is not responding, the operator can close all opened applications referred to Alcatel-
Lucent 1850 TSS-320 management.
If this is not possible, proceed to PC restart.
In order to restart the PC, execute the command:
Start TurnOff
A window (Windows XP user dialog) is displayed. It permits to restart the PC.
