Close the plastic cover.

Close tray 5.
Note: If the print media cleared tray 5, the print media could be lodged behind
Door C. See
Behind trays 1, 2, and 3
In rare cases, a piece of print media can become lodged behind a tray where it cannot be
reached unless the tray is removed from the printer.

Pull the tray out to the stop position.

Grasp each side of the tray.
