Using profiles

It is possible to set up an own profile for incoming calls, message alerts, vibrating alerts, key
sound etc. This can be useful when there are many users on the same telephone, and they
want different sound profiles. It can also be used for temporarily settings, for example while in a
meeting incoming calls should be silent. It is easy to switch between the different profiles.

Changing settings is not possible on a telephone which is set to a profile. You

1. Enter the menu by pressing the Menu Soft key, or the confirmation button on the
Navigation key.
2. Select Profiles icon.
3. Press the confirmation button or the Soft key Select.
Adding a new profile
1. Press Soft key Add new.
2. Enter name of the profile and press Save.
3. Press More and then select Add Setting.
4. Select the setting that you want to add to the profile.
5. Repeat step 3-4 if you want to add additional settings.
6. Mark the setting you want and press Edit to make changes.
Activating a profile
1. Enter the menu by pressing Menu.
2. Select Profiles in the menu.
3. Select the profile from the list.
When the profile is activated the icon and the name of the profile are displayed in the idle mode.
Deleting a profile
1. Select profile from list.
2. Press Soft key More.
3. Select Delete from menu.
4. Press Soft key Delete.
5. Press Soft key Yes to confirm.
