Auto Continue

This setting enables the machine to automatically clear a paper size error and use any compatible paper from other
paper trays to complete the print job.
1. Press p or q to display the Print Menu option, and then press OK.
2. Press p or q to display the Auto Continue option, and then press OK.
3. Press p or q to display the On or Off option, and then press OK.

Restore Printer Factory Settings

Use this function to return the machine's printer settings to the factory settings.
This will not reset the network settings.
1. Press p or q to display the Reset Menu option, and then press OK.
2. Press p or q to display the Factory Reset option, and then press OK.
3. Press p to select Reset.

Print the Internal Font List

Print a list of the machine's internal (also called resident) fonts to see how each font looks before you select it.
1. Press p or q to display the Machine Info. option, and then press OK.
2. Press p or q to display the Print Font option, and then press OK.
3. Press OK.
The machine prints the Internal Font List.

Print a List of Printer Settings

1. Press p or q to display the Machine Info. option, and then press OK.
2. Press p or q to display the Print Settings option, and then press OK.
The machine prints the Printer Settings.

Test Print

If there are problems with print quality, follow these instructions to do a test print.
1. Press p or q to display the Machine Info. option, and then press OK.
2. Press p or q to display the Test Print option, and then press OK.
The machine prints out the test page.
