Subject: WHEN PLAYING DUAL LAYER DVD, UNIT MAY
PAUSE OR STOP PLAY
Symptom:
(235A) When playing DUAL LAYER DVD's, the unit may pause, or stop playing the
disc. This may happen when DVD playback is switching from Layer 0 to Layer
1. An error code of C13:92, may also be displayed.
Solution: Please verify the following IC803 version numbers depending on models. If
the SYSCON IC803 is not current version , replace regardless. If Out of
Warranty units are being serviced for the DUAL LAYER SWITCHING only,
then service is done as in-warranty status.
